Bring your sensitive and confidential documents you've been meaning to shred and pay a tax deductible $10 per 13 gallon bag or $15 per file box you shred on site. Organized by the First National Bank of Ipswich and Shred-It. All proceeds benefit IRWA!

May 21: Changes to Our Region's Natural History from Bioinvaders
7:30 - 8:30 pm
Ipswich Historical Society, Ipswich
Barbara Warren from Salem Sound Coastwatch will be the guest speaker discussing how non-native invasive species have and will continue to change the natural environment of Cape Ann and the North Shore. She will discuss the changes and impacts to salt marshes, estuaries, intertidal and subtidal regions.

IRWA and friends will paddle from source to sea down the length of the Ipswich River. All trips are BYOB (bring your own boat), PDF, and snacks. Rain will cancel the trip. Pre-registration is required: contact us at irwainfo@ipswichriver.org or 978-412-8200 to reserve your spot.

June 7: Reading/North Reading Stream Team: River Clean-Up

June 7: Biodiversity Days at Riverbend: Fish and Macroinvertebrates in the Ipswich River

We'll get a little wet while searching for those all important river creatures: bugs and fish! Jim MacDougall will lead us in our explorations.
