Annual Monitoring Reports

IRWA’s active volunteer monitoring programs obtain valuable data on the health of the Ipswich River. Every year, the spring herring count monitors river herring passing the EBSCO Dam in downtown Ipswich. Each month, dedicated RiverWatch volunteers measure water quality parameters at designated sites throughout the watershed. This section provides links to the annual reports for these monitoring programs.
