SUMMARY:Virtual Walk of Lockwood Forest
DESCRIPTION:\nSaturday, May 1st 10 AM – 11:30 AMZoom Livecast of Lockwood Forest Walk\n\n\n\nJoin Outreach Manager Rachel Schneider our Ipswich River volunteers in exploring Lockwood Forest and Fish Brook from the comfort of home. We are arranging livecasts of all our in-person events to keep the river accessible to all. Member Kathy Kinney says, “What a good thing to be arranged. Inspired to go on my own, especially this spring.” \n\n\n\nThis walk is part of the Ocean of Rivers ( https://www.ipswichriver.org/ocean-of-rivers/ ) event series funded by Mass Cultural Council grants. The events explore the annual dance of migratory fish in our rivers, oceans and ponds. Attendees are invited to attend a live performance produced by Fort Point Theatre Channel ( https://www.fortpointtheatrechannel.org/ ) at the Town of Ipswich’s May 22nd Ipswich Local Color event. This audience-interactive dance is held at the Ipswich Mills dam, the first barrier to migratory fish on the main stem of the river. \n\n\n\nRSVP ( https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZUscu-ppjksGt3gVZQHpeCjgbFLzKZK-9rP )\n\n\n\n\n
