She loves how yoga and meditation help us tune into body, mind, and spirit, and her classes guide students to meet their bodies where they are through conscious breathing, gentle yoga styles, and mindfulness. Carla is a Certified 200-Hour Yoga Instructor with additional training in Yin, Restorative, and Pelvic Floor Yoga, as well as meditation instruction.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Allyn Cox Reservation\n\n\n\nSettled as a colonial salt marsh farm by 1648, this property was a dairy farm and apple orchard for over 350 years. Muralist Allyn Cox later used its 1863 barn as a studio, and donated the property to Greenbelt in 1974. Today it serves as Greenbelt’s headquarters and a venue for events like the annual Art in the Barn exhibition.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFill out my LGL Form!
