Discover Black Brook, a tributary to the Ipswich River, through the lens of beaver activity and ecological restoration. On this guided walk, Greenbelt’s Dave McKinnon and Ipswich River Watershed Association’s Neil Shea will highlight active beaver areas, discuss restoration efforts underway, and explain how beaver activity is monitored and managed.
What to know: Expect to walk around 2 miles. Wear appropriate footware and prepare for potential sun and bugs.
