Mindfulness Paddle

Join instructors from Ipswich Community Yoga Collective (ICYC) for a mindfulness paddle on the Ipswich River. This paddle will invite you to slow down and tune in to your 5 senses. What happens when we take the time to become more aware of how we move through water? Can we take the calm that comes with that and apply it to walking through life?
We will start with 20 minutes of simple stretching near the dock. From there we will paddle out along the river where we will stop for a guided meditation from your preferred boat. We will paddle back to the dock in silence while exploring the simplicity of being in nature.
ICYC’s intention is to create space for people to connect with themselves and nature through yoga and meditation. Prior yoga or meditation experience is not necessary.
Hi, possibly interested. Just wondering what the cost is and if you need to bring your own kayak/canoe.
