Breathe with Pride: Outdoor Meditation for LGBTQIA+ Community

In a world that often asks queer folks to shrink, Breathe with Pride invites you to expand. This special Pride Month edition of our outdoor meditation series is a space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to reconnect—with ourselves, with nature, and with each other. In the face of change, stress, and uncertainty, mindful movement and meditation offer powerful tools to build inner strength, calm, and resilience—together.

What to Expect:
Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have a well-worn practice, you’re welcome here. We’ll gather outdoors at our Ipswich headquarters for a grounding session beginning with a few minutes of mindful movement—perhaps a gentle walk, some stretching, or simply resting against a tree. We’ll then settle into a guided meditation, followed by light conversation and time to simply be—held by the land and by community.

No mat needed. Come as you are. Wear layers and dress for comfort outdoors. This is a space of joy, rest, and pride—for you.
