Step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with nature on a peaceful, guided mindful walk through Pine Hill Conservation Area..
We’ll begin with 10 minutes of gentle stretching and breathwork to ground ourselves in this special place before setting out on a half-mile loop trail through 9.5 acres of serene woodland. The trail is mostly flat, with one steeper section in the southwest corner.
As we walk, we’ll pause for guided micro-mindfulness practices, using the natural soundscape as our anchor. These practices are suitable for all experience levels—whether you’re new to meditation or have a long-time practice, all are welcome.

About Pine Hill Conservation Area:
Pine Hill was once home to the Mirabeau Fresh Air Camp (1929–1961). In 1966, Lynnfield voters placed the property under the care of the Lynnfield Conservation Commission. In 2019, an Eagle Scout project established today’s loop trail, which now provides a beautiful wooded path for both visitors and the Lynnfield High School Cross-Country team.
