Guided Fish Brook Walk

Ipswich River, BTA/BOLT, Fort Port Theater Channel, and the Masconomet Environmental Club are partnering on two DIY walks for Essex National Heritage Area’s Trails and Sails. These walks are part of the Ocean of Rivers project, which focuses on migratory fish and their historic importance to the area and the connection between human communities and the natural world.

Along our selected route, walkers will find QR codes. Using their smartphone, walkers can enjoy a physically distanced guided walk with videos, additional information about river species and restoration on whatever day, and at whatever time, works for them.
