One of your most powerful tools as a river supporter is your ability to share why you love the Ipswich River and feel it is worth protecting. Watching someone experience the river for the first time or teaching them something completely new about their water is extremely rewarding. After all, who doesn’t like to talk about the things they care about?
Do you love to paddle? Are you really into the science behind water? Can you not wait to share any cool nature facts you come across?
You should be part of Ipswich River’s outreach team! We are seeking a core group of volunteers that can assist with events, education and helping to represent the organization.
No expertise is necessary! We will train you and provide the tools you need to spread awareness and excitement for the river.
